Good

There was coffee and tea available. Good value for money. In the center. Basic but clean.

Double bed was a bit narrow. Showering is challenge, water is hot for 20s, the cold and the hot and so on. "Parking available" means find yourself nearest public car park (which is not that close). Can be noisy if windows are open in the night.

Very Good

The location and space were absolutely fantastic. Even though it's in the middle of the center, there wasn't too much noise with the windows closed.

There could be a bit more cutlery/ plates and so on cause with our whole family it was a bit too little and also pan sizes were very small

Our stay was fine. Especially the location is excellent.

Location is very nice, though it can be somewhat noisy in the evening

Equipment is at best rudimentary though in decent shape. Beds are good.

The house is in the center of Nuremberg in a strategic point.

Unfortunately as soon as you enter the house there is a bad smell, booking for 3 and the third bed was not ready and we had to prepare it ourselves (sofa bed). Spacious bathroom with window but with almost detached and dangerous ceiling light. In the living room one of the two chandeliers had burned out bulbs and therefore a part of the living room could not be illuminated. Insufficient kitchen utensils, coffee cups were missing. Near the windows are evident patches of mold.

Convenient and large 2 rooms flat in the heat of Nuremberg

Very good location, with pay parking very close. Large flat, convenient with everything needed.

No light in the kitchen (bulb broken ?) nor at one of the lamps at parents' bed. When we opened the door to leave, there were 2 ladies waiting at the door to clean, and it was not yet 11AM. They understood very little german.

Wonderful

Place was really good. Nicely equipped without unnecessary decorations which kids can brake. We really appreciated this ???? location in the middle of the center was great for evening walks even with small kids. Car parking was bit problematic but nothing we wouldn't count with. Keys were prepared in the building at the date of arrival. We didn't even met owners.

A Wonderful Downtown Apt

Location, location, location!! A nice apartment in the center of town. Clean, functional, comfortable beds and decent shower, kitchen and utensils helpful, microwave, coffee maker, iron. Super convenient for visiting the Christmas market and city museums. Steps away from shopping and food. An Aldi is 6 minutes away for groceries. Can walk to train station in 12 minutes. If coming from airport, get off at metro (Opera) and walk about 8-10 minutes.

NOTE: lots of steps if you are carrying heavy luggage. (APT in 2nd building) Decor could use upgrading.

Great location

Great space in a fantastic location. Right in the old town and minutes from everything we needed, including the Christmas markets. .

The room did not have a washing machine as shown in the photos and the host never replied to my message, disappointing Kitchen was petite.

Centrally located studio for a reasonable price

Perfect location, it has everything we needed for a short stay. Easy to find, easy to find the keys and to return them.

Few things need a repair (one of the window blinds, the shower door, one light was not working). I also asked the owner to recommend a parking place and they never responded.

positioning to the city center

Few electrical cooking item was not working, shower cabin not working, entrance door not closing tight, cold air comming inside and noises, generally noise buiding,neighboring noisy apartments, owners/administrators not answering to calls and messages we have sent to them, the appartment we saw was changed , it can be seen into the messages regarding acces into the property, just to earn some cash from us, we was generally dissapointed.
